Warranty Policy

At Blain Structures, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our men’s watches. Each timepiece is carefully inspected before shipment, and we are proud to offer a warranty that provides our customers with peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

  • All watches purchased from Blain Structures are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including movement, hands, and dial.

  • If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the watch at no cost to you.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including scratches, aging of the strap, discoloration).

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-original parts.

  • Water damage if the watch is not specifically marked as water-resistant.

  • Loss or theft.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a warranty evaluation.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) along with a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the product if necessary.

  4. Once inspected, we will confirm whether the issue is covered by warranty and proceed with repair or replacement.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our service center.

  • If the claim is approved, Blain Structures will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.

Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date the customer receives the product. Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend or renew the warranty period.

Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under applicable state law.
