Standard delivery within the United States takes 8–16 business days after processing.

Yes, exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns.
6. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
7. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover the return cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.
8. Can I cancel an order?
Yes, orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, they must follow the return process.
9. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders over $59 ship free within the U.S. Orders below $59 incur a standard shipping fee.
