Cancellation Policy

Eligibility
Orders may be canceled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped.

Timeframe
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Fees
No cancellation fee applies if the order has not shipped.

Refunds

  • If canceled within the eligible window, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must instead follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
